Cancellation Policy:
In case you want to cancel the order before the product is being dispatched from our international supplier, we issue 100% Refund. If we have already started the import procedure, usually 1-48 hours from purchase time, we will not be able to cancel the order.
Cancellation Due to refusal to accept the package.
In case the customer does not take the delivery of the product when attempted by courier person or refuse the package during delivery. We will not be able to refund the amount.
PLEASE NOTE: PRODUCT IN THE SITE WILL BE IMPORTED AGAINST ORDER, ONCE THE IMPORT PROCEDURE HAS STARTED, ORDER CANNOT BE CANCELLED.
